Don and his team arrived quickly to help mitigate our flood situation. They were very responsive and professional and explained all that they would be doing. Don assessed the damage and identified the solution very quickly and had his team go to work right away. They partitioned off the spaces being worked on in a very seamless manner. When complete they left the areas worked on in a condition ready for our contractor to do their work. All in all I was very satisfied with New Crystal Restoration's work and would recommend them if in need of any water damage cleanup work

The company was immediately responsive to our emergency. All the people were very nice. Their work was professional and thorough. The manager checked the work regularly. The workers left the site clean every day they worked, and they removed the refuse on a daily basis. We couldn't have been happier!
