The potential for lead exposure in your home primarily comes from lead-based paint, which was commonly used until 1978 when it was banned in the United States. Like asbestos, lead paint only presents a health hazard if it is disturbed or deteriorating, prompting the need for lead abatement services.
If you are planning to remodel your home or your home has been damaged and suspect you have lead paint, or you are concerned that the paint in your home is generating dust, the experts at New Crystal Restoration can help. We will make sure any lead-contaminated materials are properly handled and disposed of and the risk of lead exposure is abated in your property.

Lead exposure can cause serious and long-term health concerns, especially in children, including damage to the brain and nervous system. Don’t risk it – get professional lead abatement.
New Crystal Restoration has the resources to provide property owners with proper and professional abatement services that follow applicable state regulations.
We use industry-approved removal and abatement methods to ensure lead is handled and disposed of safely.
Your health and safety always comes first. Once we perform our abatement services, you can rest assured your property will no longer be at risk from lead.
A lead paint inspection will inform you of the lead content of the painted structural components of your home including doors, walls, and window frames.
If lead is detected and abatement is warranted, our team is an EPA-certified lead-based paint abatement firm. We have specialized training to ensure safe and effective lead abatement, eliminating the hazard from your property.
If desired, post-clearance testing can be performed to verify the results of the lead abatement. This is commonly performing by dust sampling following renovation, repairs and painting.
Don't risk it! You cannot put a price on peace of mind. Whether your property meets the criteria for being at risk for lead paint, you have peeling or chipping paint, you are planning to renovate, or you are concerned about a blood lead test, take action and have your property inspected.
We have extensive experience providing insurance claims adjusters with the detailed, accurate information they’ll need to process your claim. We accept payment from ALL insurances. Our team will work closely with your insurance adjuster to settle your claim. Our bill will be sent directly to and paid by your insurance company.
Our experts are thoroughly trained in safely handling damage of various types and degrees. In addition to remediation, we will also perform any needed reconstruction and repairs to bring your property back to normal.
Lead exposure can cause serious, irreversible damage to your health. Even low levels of lead exposure can result in behavior and learning problems in children, slowed growth, anemia, and hearing problems. In adults, lead exposure can cause increased blood pressure, decreased kidney function, and reproductive problems.

Don and his team arrived quickly to help mitigate our flood situation. They were very responsive and professional and explained all that they would be doing. Don assessed the damage and identified the solution very quickly and had his team go to work right away. They partitioned off the spaces being worked on in a very seamless manner.
