New Crystal Restoration holds the distinction of being the first restoration company in Westchester County.

Westchester County is our home. This is where we grew up. It’s where Louis Cordasco, Sr., our founder, spent his entire life and career, helping families and businesses just like yours get things back to normal after a fire, flood, mold or other disaster. It’s where our team lives, works, and raises their families. Our family business proudly boasts three generations in rhe restoration field. We’ve been here for over 60 years and we’re not going anywhere!

Local Help, When You Need It

Westchester County and the surrounding region has always been important to us. It’s the center of where we live, work and attended local schools. That was never clearer than during the current events of the COVID-19 pandemic. As essential workers, our team was on the front lines on a daily basis, helping local businesses and residents who were experiencing the worst moments of their lives. Since we are physically located in the epicenter of the pandemic, we had an upfront and close look at how strong, loving, caring and resourceful those in our community were during this difficult time. Talk about hardship bringing out the best in people!

We love Westchester because the people here are truly amazing. Our company has helped local residents bounce back after every major disaster since 1960:

  • 1964 – The worst ice storm on record
  • 1966 – Blizzard of ’66
  • 1977, 78, and 79 – severe ice jamming
  • 1977 – Hurricane Eloise
  • 1980-1987 – monsoons, severe floods, and cold weather havoc
  • 1996 – major flooding
  • 1998 – catastrophic ice storm
  • 1999 – Tropical Storm Floyd
  • 2001 – 9/11 Terrorist Attacks at World Trade Center
  • 2004 – Hurricane Ivan
  • 2005 – Tropical Storm Tammy
  • 2010 – Tropical Storm Nicole
  • 2011 – Hurricane Irene, Tropical Storm Lee
  • 2012- Superstorm Sandy
  • 2020 – COVID-19 Pandemic

We have been here to help Westchester for over 60 years and we intend to always be here for you. Whatever the problem is, day or night, when you pick up the phone and call New Crystal Restoration, you’ll get a live person on the phone and not a machine. A member of our team will be there to help you right away. We understand and we are here to help.

Proud To Give Back

Westchester’s always been great, and we’re devoted to making it even better. We’re proud to be a steady provider of jobs; our team is treated well and most have been with us many, many years. We think of our staff as family.

Additionally, New Crystal Restoration is a proud sponsor of many local events, supports local charities and volunteers locally. Our founder, Louis Cordasco, Sr., was an avid supporter of Rosary Hill in Hawthorne, NY. Each Christmas he would visit the patients, share a catered lunch and donate gifts. Rosary Hill is dedicated to providing palliative care to persons afflicted with incurable cancer. Today the tradition of helping those less fortunate and in need of assistance continues.

Rosemary helped found Children’s Hope Chest. This organization’s mission is to help children suffering from poverty, abuse, neglect and illness. Some of the charity’s good work includes: distributing backpacks and school supplies to local children in need, food drives to stock local pantries and providing warm coats to children each winter.

Lisa is committed to several charities which help children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities. Near and dear to her heart, as a parent of a loved one with autism, Lisa has volunteered at Devereux Millwood Learning Center, Cardinal McCloskey Community Services and Successful Learning Center. These programs help to enhance the lives of individuals who have special needs.

New Crystal Restoration sponsors and supports numerous local charities and events. Some which include: Support Connection-Breast & Ovarian Cancer (Yorktown Heights), Carver Center (Port Chester), Westchester Jewish Education Fund (Harrison), The Don Bosco Community Center (Port Chester), Blythedale Children's Hospital (Valhalla), Clary Garden Center (Monroe), The Parkinson's Foundation, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, and our local churches.
