Our Team

Lisa A. Cordasco, President/Owner

Lisa is a life-long Westchester County resident. She has a master’s degree in education and enjoyed teaching until the birth of her son who has autism. She was unable to continue teaching due to the extraordinary demands of raising a special needs child. Upon her son’s enrollment into full day programming, in 1996, Lisa was asked to work at her family’s business, Crystal Restoration. The experience she received growing up in the business, in addition to the training and professional development provided by her father, Louis Cordasco, Sr., has contributed to her success in the restoration industry. Lisa’s father was her mentor and role model.

Throughout her tenure, Lisa contributed to the growth of the company as a marketing representative, head of new business development, and as a manager before becoming the President and primary owner in 2008. Under Lisa’s leadership, NCR also became a New York State and New York City Certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE). In 2008, Lisa reinvented the business establishing the 1st green restoration company in Westchester County. Determined to run a business that places a high premium on health, Crystal Restoration became "green" and "new". New Crystal Restoration was the first to offer green restoration services in Westchester County, NY. The company features botanical based products to remediate the effects of fire, water, and mold damage. Going green allows the company to remain committed to their motto that everyone's health matters!
